CAFE

FORMAL AND ACCREDITED TRAINING, UNMATCHED ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD

CAFE is a fully accredited program supported by, and in partnership with, Stiles Machinery’s “Stiles Education” (SE). SE is the most recognized industrial training program in the woodworking industry.
Courses will be supported and fully accredited by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET).
IACET will authorize the issuance of Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits to its members.Courses that are CEU credited must be designed in accordance to strict adherence to IACET educational guidelines.
CEU credit certification is issued by Stiles Education to attendees that successfully complete designated CAFE course.

UNRIVALLED EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

Bob Kostelnik, Program Director, has 40 + years of experience in the Industrial Wood Finishing Industry. He began as a coatings formulator and after 10 years in the lab, he moved into technical service, sales, and finally into senior management positions within the Wood Coatings Industry.
With his extensive experience in wood coatings and eleven years in applications machinery, Bob serves as Director of Technology and Education at Cefla Finishing America. His many years of working both in North America and Europe allow him to "teach from experience." CAFE will also use instructors from the coatings industry, sanding experts and applications equipment such as:
spray guns, pumps and rollers.
